This is the first time connecting with Franca. When we spoke, Franca was courteous, knowledgeable, honest and provided me with some tips on a couple of changes to my resume to give me a better chance of the client viewing my resume. Most importantly, Franca called me on the time we discussed on. Most recruiters I have been dealing with do not call when scheduled to or just ghost me and never hear from them again. These days ghosting seems to be very common and is very frustrating. Staying in contact, being honest and wanting to help me get noticed by your clients is to me the most important things a recruiter can do.
