Jack is easy to talk to and welcoming. He’s a very nice guy, he provides good communication while your on assignment, everything is well explained. Overall Jack makes me feel like I’m part of the team even from a long distance I’ve never seen Jack in person only by phone but I imagine he’s even friendlier in person!
