About 347 Group

347 Group, Inc. was formed by Douglas Pautsch in April 2009. After serving in the US Army Infantry, Doug attended California State University, Fresno, where he earned a Business/Accounting degree. He then joined Deloitte and Touche as an Auditor. After earning his CPA license, he joined the homebuilding industry. Doug started as an Assistant Controller and quickly advanced through the ranks. He became a Controller, Director of Land (where he was responsible for acquisitions, entitlements and development), Chief Financial Officer and finally Division President. After leaving homebuilding in 2008, Doug started 347 Group, Inc.. The company’s name comes from the unit he was in (3rd Battalion 47th Infantry) when he was injured while serving at Ft. Lewis, WA in the US Army. 347 Group, Inc. focuses on providing staffing resources to a variety of industries. We have an experienced team of recruiters with over 40 years of experience and can provide a wide range of services. 347 Group, Inc. provides a full range of professional staffing services that includes providing staff for the duration of a project (ie. term of contract), temp- to-hire, payrolling, direct hire, and temporary positions. 347 Group, Inc. looks forward to meeting all your staffing needs.
