She enjoys building relationships with a diverse group of candidates and providing them with encouragement every step of the way. She is passionate about being a resource for candidates and building their confidence as they look for new opportunities and take the next step in their career.
Prior to joining FGP, BayLeah was a Human Resource Manager and Marketing Coordinator with a senior care company. She is a graduate of Texas Woman’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Christen serves as a Staffing Recruiter for FGP’s Staffing Team in Greenville. She focuses on recruiting for temporary and direct hire office support and administrative positions primarily in the Upstate. She works to develop relationships with potential candidates and conducts screening calls, schedules interviews, and helps source new talent for open positions. Christen enjoys getting to develop relationships with candidates and make an impact by connecting people with jobs that are the perfect fit for them!
Prior to joining FGP, Christen attended Bob Jones University where she served her senior year as Vice President of the University Marketing Association. She also had roles as Secretary and Event Coordinator on campus where she learned organization and execution skills.
Andre is a proud graduate and trailblazer of Year Up United Philadelphia Class 1, where he served on local leadership boards and led as President of the Philadelphia Alumni Association. After completing the program, he built a strong foundation at JPMorgan Chase as a Project Manager before discovering his true calling in Workforce Development. Andre brings a deep, personal commitment to ensuring that talent is seen, valued, and given a real shot at success. I'm a Midwest gal, born and raised in the St Louis area and attended college at Mizzou. After graduating with my Bachelor's Degrees in Psychology and Sociology I moved back to the St Louis area to start my career and build a family. After college I started my first professional position as an Administrative Assistant for a local real estate firm and I was actually placed there by a staffing agency! I worked with the real estate firm for just under two years and decided that I wanted to pursue a career in HR which is when I found PEG. Using my administrative background, I started off with PEG in an administrative/reporting role and eventually moved into Recruiting and Account Management in 2018.
I'm someone who thrives on adventure and embraces a variety of interests and hobbies. I have a deep love for the outdoors, swimming, diving, rock climbing, fishing, and exploring nature trails. The beach holds a special allure for myself whether going for runs or simply soaking in the serenity of the ocean. My artistic side shines through love for playing the viola and expression through painting. I'm also a culture enthusiast, frequently attending Broadway shows for entertainment and inspiration. Traveling and embarking on road trips are essential parts of your life, as they allow you to satisfy your curiosity about the world and create lasting memories along the way. My adventurous spirit and diverse interests make each day a new and exciting journey.
I started my recruitment career in 2019 and have focused on agency recruitment for a variety of roles and industries including Human Resources, Business Services and Support, and Creative Marketing. My passion is connecting with talent and connecting them with the best fit for their next career move.
I've worked for TriStarr for nearly 20 years, working my way up the ranks. I'm well-versed in the Lancaster and Central PA staffing markets (focused on administrative, customer service, and office professional roles) and really enjoy working with candidates and employers to make great hiring matches. While I consider PA home now, my heart will always be in my home state of NC. I'm an animal lover, a big nerd, and an extroverted introvert.
I am a Senior Recruiter who gets the opportunity to work with some awesome people in the tech world! I have always loved to meet new people and make new connections, and I love getting to connect with people all over the country and work with them to land them great roles! I currently live in Dallas, TX following my graduation from the University of Tennessee (GO VOLS!!!) but have been lucky to call states like Massachusetts, Texas, Florida, South Carolina, and Tennessee "home" over the years (which plays a part in some of the crazy lingo you may hear on the phone!) Franca Diona has over 20 years of recruitment experience. She is a graduate of Iona College with a Bachelor of Arts specializing in public relations. She started her career in the music business working for major radio stations in the tri-state area. She furthered her career promoting the world-renowned musician Debbie Gibson. She utilized her skills expanding into the financial industry as a recruiter. Being a part of Adams Consulting Group has allowed Franca to broaden her craft by setting goals and striving to achieve them. She remains energetic and enthusiastic about getting the job done at ACG.
I joined the Peoplelink team in April 2022, after working for a former client for 8 years. I have three girls who keep me on the go 24/7. In my free time you can catch me at a spin class, sporting event, or laying by the pool!
