Music educator turned staffing professional, I’ve had my share of experience in difficult decision-making. The biggest being my decision to change my career after having earned my degree in Music Education. I knew that I was still passionate about teaching, and have shifted to apply my skills in the recruiting industry today. Franca Diona has over 20 years of recruitment experience. She is a graduate of Iona College with a Bachelor of Arts specializing in public relations. She started her career in the music business working for major radio stations in the tri-state area. She furthered her career promoting the world-renowned musician Debbie Gibson. She utilized her skills expanding into the financial industry as a recruiter. Being a part of Adams Consulting Group has allowed Franca to broaden her craft by setting goals and striving to achieve them. She remains energetic and enthusiastic about getting the job done at ACG.
I grew up on the outskirts of St. Louis and moved to Kansas City to attend William Jewell College where I graduated in 2019. I joined TriCom and began recruiting in 2022, after beginning my career in sports sales.
