I have recruited travel nurses exclusively since 2006 and love what I do! I work with some of the best facilities in the country and I love to help my nurses reach their personal and professional goals. I was born and raised in the mountains of NC and live in Charlotte with my wife and 3 kids. I have 2 sassy but precious french bulldogs named Bayleigh and Bentley who rule the house. I am a huge nerd with a love for all things Star Wars, DC Comics (especially wonder woman) and Dr. Who.
With a solid track record spanning 12 years in healthcare recruitment, I am a seasoned professional at PRN Healthcare. My colleagues would attest to my meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and unwavering commitment to finding the perfect match for each individual I work with. A Wisconsin native, my roots have instilled in me a strong sense of community and the importance of personal connection. These values are reflected in my approach to recruitment, where I strive not just to fill positions, but to build lasting relationships.
Hi! Diana here! I am a Senior Recruiter for Loyal Source, hiring a variety of candidates to our MDE contract. I have been a recruiter for almost three years and was a teacher/athletic director prior to that. I am positive, outgoing and a huge advocate of gratitude.
My life motto is "You are right where you are meant to be". Let's see if Loyal Source is the next step in your life journey!
Professionally I have done a little bit of everything. After I graduated high school I became a plumber and after 4 years of school and working fulltime I became a licensed journeyman plumber! I was a plumber for about 10 years before I transitioned into various sales rolls as I was sick of killing my body, working in crawlspaces, attics, and other fun stuff that comes with being a plumber.. (LOL) I also taught snowboarding for 10 years. I have taught hundreds (if not more) of people how to snowboard! I'm a passionate teacher who understands that everyone learns differently and its up to me to be adaptable and accommodating in my approach and to make it fun or what's the point!?
As an individual, I pride myself on being hardworking, outgoing, approachable, and dependable. For me, success in my role as a recruiter is defined by the connections and relationships I build with those I place. I firmly believe that communication and transparency are essential keys to achieving successful placements. With nearly three years of experience in recruitment, specializing in long-term care, I possess a strong understanding of both the clients and the specialty as a whole. My priority is ensuring the happiness of the nurses I work with throughout their contracts.
With over a decade of experience working in healthcare, I understand the demands and fast-paced nature of the medical field — and I’m here to support you every step of the way. My goal is to make your travel experience smooth, rewarding, and even a little fun. I pride myself on strong communication, transparency, and building genuine relationships with the nurses I work with, many of whom become lifelong friends. Outside of work, I’m a passionate sports fan, lover of live music, and dog mom to the best pups: Charlie and Frankie!
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, I graduated in 2016 with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Cleveland State University after a career change from tourism and marketing in Chicago, IL. I began traveling right after I passed the boards and got to experience almost every setting from sea to shining sea. From Ohio, to North Carolina, and then Washington, I loved my life as a travel PT! With friends new and old along the way, travel therapy let me hike, eat and explore all across the country. Whether it's seeing the sunrise in the mountains of Asheville, NC or trying new food next to Puget Sound, I am so grateful for all that travel PT allowed me to experience.
