A little bit about me! Born and raised in Wisconsin but I now spend most of my time in Florida, traveling back and forth between Florida and Wisconsin. I have a diverse background in healthcare, combining my experience as a behavioral therapist working with children with autism and as my role as a travel nurse recruiter. I have developed a strong foundation in patient-centered care, communication, and understanding individual needs. 5 years in the travel nurse industry and transitioning into nurse recruiting, I have been able to contribute to patient care by connecting skilled healthcare professionals with facilities.
I was born and raised in New Hampshire. I have a 4 year old dog named Odie with my wife Abby. We love the outdoors and spend most weekends in the summer camping in the woods of New England. Before my current role as a recruiter I traveled all 50 states in a converted sprinter van working with NBC Sports as an operations manager. I drove coast to coast over 20 times. This unique experience has left me incredibly fortunate—I've been to the majority of the locations that my travelers are venturing to for the very first time!

My name is Tyler Allen - I'm a Radiology Tech (R)(T)(CT) and Recruiter/Account Manager at Lucid Staffing Solutions.
I graduated from X-Ray in 2010 and Rad Therapy in 2011. I worked in RTT and X-Ray for 4 years before moving from PA to FL. When I came to FL, I became a CT Tech to "pass the time" while I waited for a Radiation Therapy position to open. I ended up loving CT and working 3x12 was pretty nice as well! I left the field in late 2022 to take a shot at recruiting and have been doing so ever since.
I have a family with 2 kids (a boy and a girl). Former college golfer and golf coach turned recruiter.
Working with people is genuinely what I love what I do! I strive hard to spend time getting to really know every person I work with. My goal is to always make sure we build a great relationship so that you know I will do everything I can to work hard for you and advocate for you!
I have been in several industries over my work experience, and being a recruiter is honestly one of the best experiences and jobs I've ever had! I feel truly honored to work with those in healthcare, as I believe caregivers are truly magical people! I love having the chance to meet people from so many different backgrounds and learn how I can best serve them! I couldn't imagine doing anything else, and I continue working as a recruiter because of my caregivers!
