 What sets me apart from other recruiters is my relatability and passion for human connection. Coming from 10 years as a dental professional I can relate to my travelers in a deeper level with a lot of clinical understanding.

o How do you measure a successful healthcare placement?
 There are many moving parts in a successful placement but what is most important to me, is that the traveler feels supported. Not only by myself and CoreMedical Group but also by the facility they are working at.

o If you could have any superpower to help you in healthcare recruiting, what would it be and how would you use it?
 If I had a superpower that could help me in healthcare recruiting I’d be able to teleport and visit my travelers on assignment. I love that they get to travel the country and we truly do become great friends. I’d love to be able to be there in person to celebrate wins and support when “life” happens.

Hey everyone and welcome! Here's a little snippet of my life, so hope you enjoy! I've been a recruiter for almost 4 years now and I've loved every second of it! From meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals to getting to know my colleagues in healthcare, it has enhanced my life tremendously. Prior to becoming a Recruiter, I've worked in Hospitality as well as Marketing, so transitioning into Healthcare was a bit of an unknown, but I was up for the challenge. Fast forward to now, I love what I do and I can't imagine doing anything else.

When I'm not making calls or at my desk, you can catch me working out, driving my Jeep or hiking the nearest trail. I am very much a 'Bro', so anything related to sports will catch my attention. However, don't let that fool you from thinking I can't appreciate other things. I have a great passion for the outdoors, growing new plants, collecting magnets to commemorate my travels, trying new things, eating ALL the food, and enjoying life to the fullest. I like to think of myself as a jack of all trades, and a master of none, always learning and trying to soak everything in like a sponge. Overall, I'm described by friends as being goofy and very charismatic, but underneath the play, is a genuine guy who wants to help as many people as possible. Grew up in Virginia, lived most my life in California, and now I'm in Nebraska, and I love it! My career has been primarily in Human Resources, Recruiting and Sales so this is the perfect industry for me. Anyone who knows me will tell you I'm a happy, giving person who loves to help others. I'm married with 3 grown children, my first grandbaby, 2 large dogs and 3 cats (not by choice). I have a ton of respect for our healthcare providers and see the tireless efforts of the Nurses, LPNs, CNAs and therapists who have been watching over my parents in a nursing home for the past couple of years. You are all Superheros!!

Hey! I'm a mom of two. Kellen (10) and Kinley (7). They keep me busy. Have been married since 2005 and we have moved 5 times. My husband was a basketball coach for over 20 years and most recently took a job as an Athletic Director/Assistant Principal which brought us back to Nebraska from Michigan. I love sports and played volleyball, basketball, softball, and tennis growing up. In college I played volleyball and tennis which was an amazing experience. Now I really enjoy watching my kids do the things they love. My son is into baseball, basketball, and football. My daughter is younger and just starting softball. She's more of the girly, gymnastics and dance type, which I know nothing about ha!

I've been recruiting in the travel industry for 15 years! Currently I'm working remote for Atlas out of Denver, CO. I love to travel myself so the flexibility I have to take my laptop and work any where is fantastic.
