Though we’ve since paused our travels, that experience shaped everything I do today. Atlas has always felt like home to us—it’s where we truly belong. I am a recruiter with over ten years of experience in customer service, based in both Wisconsin and South Carolina. I have been working in this role for almost four years now. I attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh where I lived with nursing student roommates. They have been encouraging me to pursue a career in nursing for the past ten years, but I chose to help them by becoming a recruiter instead. I have been married for three years now, and my husband is a chef. I adore my two pups and love to spoil them!

My background was in Retail Manager and I was able to smoothly role my experience form that into recruiting. I love getting to know my travelers and seeing what their hopes and wants are! I get excited by their success and love being able to help people find the jobs for them!

Hey everyone and welcome! Here's a little snippet of my life, so hope you enjoy! I've been a recruiter for almost 4 years now and I've loved every second of it! From meeting new people and helping them achieve their goals to getting to know my colleagues in healthcare, it has enhanced my life tremendously. Prior to becoming a Recruiter, I've worked in Hospitality as well as Marketing, so transitioning into Healthcare was a bit of an unknown, but I was up for the challenge. Fast forward to now, I love what I do and I can't imagine doing anything else.

When I'm not making calls or at my desk, you can catch me working out, driving my Jeep or hiking the nearest trail. I am very much a 'Bro', so anything related to sports will catch my attention. However, don't let that fool you from thinking I can't appreciate other things. I have a great passion for the outdoors, growing new plants, collecting magnets to commemorate my travels, trying new things, eating ALL the food, and enjoying life to the fullest. I like to think of myself as a jack of all trades, and a master of none, always learning and trying to soak everything in like a sponge. Overall, I'm described by friends as being goofy and very charismatic, but underneath the play, is a genuine guy who wants to help as many people as possible. I am a Chicagoan- born and raised! I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and had the amazing opportunity to travel abroad to Florence, Italy. I have a background in restaurant public relations and marketing. I worked for a popular restaurant group based in Chicago and then opened my own marketing company. My favorite part of my job was creating relationships with my clients and the media and helping them get the word out about a special event or opportunity. Now, in my career as a travel nurse recruiter, I cherish every step from my initial conversation to placing them at their dream facility and setting them up to succeed during their travel experience!

 I enjoy cooking, shopping, and long drives with the windows down & great music playing!

 Friendly, honest, diligent, detail oriented, fun.

o What sets you apart from other healthcare recruiters?
 What sets me apart from other recruiters is my relatability and passion for human connection. Coming from 10 years as a dental professional I can relate to my travelers in a deeper level with a lot of clinical understanding.

o How do you measure a successful healthcare placement?
 There are many moving parts in a successful placement but what is most important to me, is that the traveler feels supported. Not only by myself and CoreMedical Group but also by the facility they are working at.

o If you could have any superpower to help you in healthcare recruiting, what would it be and how would you use it?
 If I had a superpower that could help me in healthcare recruiting I’d be able to teleport and visit my travelers on assignment. I love that they get to travel the country and we truly do become great friends. I’d love to be able to be there in person to celebrate wins and support when “life” happens.
