Andre is a great coach. He definitely holds you accountable but not in a way where you feel upset, it'll motivate you to do better because he genuinely wants to us do better and reach our highest potential. He has a lot of great skills I've been inspired by and lessons I know will help build me as I'm growing with my career and can carry with me wherever I go! I appreciate his honest feedback to help me grow and also helping us find solutions with conflicts I face. I feel like saying he's the best is an understatement.
