About Andre Brown:

Andre has been one of the best mentors I’ve had. Throughout my apprenticeship, he’s always made himself available whenever I needed advice, support, or clarification on something. What stood out to me the most is that he genuinely cares and checks in, not just about work but about how we’re doing overall. There were times he even took the time to call me after hours if I needed guidance or had concerns, and that meant a lot to me. He helped me become more confident, speak up more, and take feedback in a better way. Overall, I’ve had a great experience working with Andre and I appreciate the support and mentorship he’s given me throughout the program.
