About Nicholas Riddle:

Insurance is an issue for me and doesn’t make a lot of sense. It takes six months to get insurance. Have it for three months go on furlough then use it three months then we hit furlough and lose it and have to take another six months to get it back. I worked for a company that allowed me to pay my insurance premium while I was out of work so I was able to stay on the company insurance. It’d be nice if we had that option with Yes because I will not be participating in the insurance program due to the shortness duration of the insurance. Yes insurance is a good thing to have. It does help with bills, especially the expensive ones, but I can’t plan when something bad is gonna happen and losing my insurance for six months in my opinion is defeating the purpose of insurance at all through a company once we have insurance we shouldn’t lose it as long as we are an employee/temp that has acquired the terms and conditions to have insurance even if you’re on furlough. I like the furlough it gives me time with my daughter, but losing an insurance just really sucks to be honest then have to work up to it again that’s the only thing I To say. Everything else has been good.
