I'm first an RN, nothing makes me prouder than to say that. No one understands the emotional and physical nature of nursing, unless you've been there, done it, and no one understands the truth, the good and bad about travel nursing until you've experienced it. Travel nursing is not for everyone... Most recruiters are not nurses, when they're told by their managers to ask about your PALS they think they're asking for a list of your friends lol...
Why am I different? I've spent enough years dealing with code browns and so I don't play games with my nurses. I'm 100% transparent, I'll give you the inside scoop on recruiting and answer any questions you have. There's so much misinformation about travel nursing on the internet, much of it spread by disgruntled nurses themselves.
MrsNurse and I still travel for her OR assignments, plus I keep my skills up a few times a month by taking per diem positions when I can.
If you want someone to be your advocate, someone whose an incredible communicator, someone who will work hard for you, then learn why nurses I work with consider me their #1 recruiter.

Why I love to recruit
My goal is to 'pay it forward' to RN travelers and health care professionals. I have had an incredible career as an RN traveler and seen or worked in all but two states. I enjoy educating and passing on my experience to other RN's and healthcare workers who wish to follow this career path on the road.
When I'm not working I like to
Spend time with our daughters, their spouses and grandchildren. MrsNurse and I love to travel and that's how we reward ourselves for the hard work we do during the year.
