I am Senior Healthcare Recruiter that has been recruiting in the healthcare industry for 9 years. In 2021 I won "National Recruiter of the Year" for my agency. Before becoming a recruiter, I served 7 years in the U.S. Army where I completed 3 deployments to Iraq. While in the Army, I was awarded a Bronze Star, Purple Heart, 3 Army Commendation Medal and 3 Army Achievement Medals. One thing about me is that I will always be honest with the people I am working for/with.

Why I love to recruit
I love recruiting because everyday is different and brings a new challenge, so the job is never boring. I get to connect amazing clinicians daily and get to learn their stories and goals.

When I'm not working I like to
I am either spending time with family, fishing, hunting or at a cheer competition or at the baseball field, cheering on my kids.
