Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to two wild, energetic sons who keep my life busy, loud, and endlessly entertaining. They’ve taught me patience, adaptability, and how to stay calm in chaos—skills that translate seamlessly into recruiting. My life is a constant juggle between calls, contracts, school schedules, and sports practices, and I’ve learned to embrace the balance rather than chase perfection.
