Hey there! I’m Allison—though most call me Alli. I’m a pediatric critical care RN who’s dabbled in a few other specialties for fun (because why not?). These days, I’ve traded scrubs for strategy, stepping away from the bedside to take on the staffing world while juggling my master’s degree in Healthcare Administration at LSUS, which I successfully obtained this past fall. I love connecting with all kinds of healthcare pros—whether you’re at the bedside or in more non-traditional roles—because teamwork makes the dream work, especially in healthcare. I love to recruit because connecting great people with great opportunities is like matchmaking—but with scrubs and stethoscopes. Helping healthcare pros find their perfect fit is my way of making a difference, one placement at a time! I love the client side because building strong relationships is my jam! Whether it's solving challenges or strategizing for success, I’m all about making sure everyone’s on the same page and hitting their goals—while keeping things smooth and stress-free.

When I'm not working I like to
When I'm not working, you’ll find me soaking up the weekend with my husband and son—usually outdoors, whether it’s an adventure or just digging in the backyard with dump trucks. I’m a die-hard concert fan, and if there’s a show within 100 miles, you can bet I’ve got tickets! Oh, and I love crafting and building things too—whenever I can find the time!
