About Jason Makoutz:

Jason was seriously the best. I have had 2 other recruiters (from other companies) in the past and always felt taken advantage of. NOT SO with Jason. He responds quickly, is up front, helps me understand all the things (and is patient and kind with all my questions!) and did a great, proactive job of finding me a position. AND he is fun and personable in the process. He also seems to really believe in Ventura and made me comfortable with going through this company. I highly recommend him and will pass his and Ventura's name on to anyone who asks!
