Kyle is a great recruiter to a universal stance. Even though he may not have known everything about my profession, he definitely takes the time to get to know you, and not in that “clicky/sales”way, either. He was very attentive to what I wanted in my contracts, and he even stayed loyal to guide me regarding issues with my most recent contract, even though he was not my recruiter (because it was a school setting). I have referred Kyle to other clinicians, and I will continue to.

Sarah is an amazing recruiter! I'm so lucky to have her! :) I returned to Ventura Medstaff because I knew Sarah would help me find a job I would be happy with! She is very transparent, approachable, and reliable! I truly feel like I am being taken care of because she quickly responds to calls/texts and always prioritizes my needs. :)

Ashley has been a great contact and has been super helpful with understanding the travel field as a new graduate.

Overall Shannon has been excellent. The greatest thing from my point of view in regards to Shannon is her responsiveness. She is constantly available, and if she is not going to be, she will always communicate ahead of time. Shannon has been a very helpful guide a lot of the times and is open to my thoughts. Part of the reason why I have not switched recruiter is because I feel like she has never treated me poorly once. I have felt like she has made my goals a priority most of the time. The only reason as to why I did not give her a perfect review was because at times I feel she does not always know what I am looking for and may not be as proactive if something that I have reflected interest. All that being said I think she has been a wonderful resource to work under.
