About Christy Geiger:

Christy, knows just how competitive the travel market is and understands the fluctuations in the pay scales. She’s aware that there are other agencies to choose from and has always done her best to meet my desired travel needs. She’s very responsive and try’s to get answers to questions when you have them. Christy personalizes her position; bring a traveler is a lonely job sometimes and Christy realizes sometimes it’s not about work and her clients just want to have some form of human interaction outside the workplace; and she makes herself available for idle chitchat.

Jason was seriously the best. I have had 2 other recruiters (from other companies) in the past and always felt taken advantage of. NOT SO with Jason. He responds quickly, is up front, helps me understand all the things (and is patient and kind with all my questions!) and did a great, proactive job of finding me a position. AND he is fun and personable in the process. He also seems to really believe in Ventura and made me comfortable with going through this company.
