While searching for a traveling OT placement in two rural areas, I began speaking with Ashley and one other organization. After a few days of communicating with Ashley my decision to stay with Ventura, and Ashley as my recruiter, instead of the other organization, was easily made. Ashley was DEDICATED to finding me a placement from the start. She made cold calls around the market in the two areas I told her I wanted to work at. She found my first contract much faster than the other organization had. She is always a call or text away. She is very prompt with answering any and all of my questions, of which I have many as a first-time traveler OT. I would recommend her (and Ventura because of her) before anyone else to ALL my OT friends who want to travel.
