About Ashley Formanack:

Ashley has been amazing every step of the way - this is my first travel company and I just completed my first travel contract. Ashley was excellent in answering all the questions I had, assisting me with getting all my onboarding completed, and has always been understanding of my work needs. She also helped me negotiate an extension in my contract, and asked for a raise (which we got). I appreciate her kindness and assistance throughout the whole process. She is great!

I have been with Ashley since I’ve been hired November 2022, and together through 4 separate contracts. She is works tremendously hard to meet my needs and help me navigate all of Venturas necessary paperwork. About Ashley Formanack:

Where do I even begin with Ashley, aka the A-train?! Ashley has been absolutely amazing to work with. This is now the second contract that she has secured for my wife and I, and I'm confident that we won't ever need to work with anyone else, or any other agency. Ashley takes the time to get to know her travelers, she listens to them and their wants and then arguably the most important thing she does is help properly set expectations. She's dialed in to the job market, knows the trends, and this helps her guide us to secure great contracts. Not once but twice we have asked her to find us two contracts together in locations where none were posted, and twice she has gone above and beyond to cold call until finding us options. Both times we've received offers and even then, she still wants to make sure the offers are what we were looking for and didn't pressure us to accept them, but reiterated that she only wanted us to accept if they were perfect. We have complete confidence in her ability to pull off the seemingly impossible, to always be transparent and to fight like hell for her travelers. She is THE BEST and we want everyone to know that!

Ashley kept in touch frequently when I was still working another contract and checked on my location requirements for my next job. She listened and did not reach out to me with inappropriate roles (which other recruiters have frequently done). Communication is always timely, friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend her.
