Christy is an amazing recruiter. I’ve been traveling for a while and I’m extremely pleased with her service. She notated all of my needs and concerns and sent offers accordingly. She is very proficient within the field which made her extremely efficient during my search. She provides check ins to see how I’m doing which means the world to me. She keeps me updated on Ventura’s policies and procedures and is always showing that she has my best interest in mind when it comes to signing and renewing contracts. Have worked with Christy for ~1year now and she’s proven herself to not only be a great recruiter but thoughtful and kind as well. It hasn’t only been about a job to her. She cares which many recruiters don’t. Once a contract is signed, one might not hear from him/her again but she has followed up with me to ensure things are going well while on the contract, sent me holiday and birthday greetings, and even sent me a Christmas. I appreciate her thoughtfulness, kindness and humanity.
