About Jason Makoutz:

I was recommended to Jason from a PT coworker during my fieldwork, Logan. I immediately trusted Jason unlike other travel companies I talked to. When we talk it is professional and friendly. I feel like he really wants my experience with travel to be as good as his and his wife's were. Jason is very informative and helpful with all of my questions and I look forward to continuing to work with him.

About Jason Makoutz:

Jason is one of the best recruiters out there. He knows exactly what is going with the process of finding, starting and finishing an assignment as he is a former travel PT himself! He truly cares about you as a traveler, I highly recommend him to any travel therapist!

About Jason Makoutz:

When I was fist approached by Jason I was unsure if I even wanted to be a traveler. He gave me a quick call on my lunch break and TOTALLY sold me to the idea. From the very start he has been very timely with responses and has been very encouraging with the whole process. 10/10 ☺️

I really enjoyed getting to know Jason through the recruitment process. He offered great advice for a new traveler, answered many questions I had, and found me a wonderful job for me in Alaska. However, there was miscommunication between Jason and the company that hired me regarding paperwork, therefore, delaying my start date one week. This was my first travel contract and ultimately was disappointed with the way things were handled. My boss was very understanding and relayed to Ventura Staffing the hiring process would take 6-8 weeks to begin, however, this paperwork was delayed being sent in, therefore, delaying my start date. Ultimately, I put my trust in my recruiter to make sure everything would be ready to go for the start date we had agreed upon. I am very grateful for Facebook groups, online resources, and travel friends who guided me along this process, especially as a new traveler. I had to know the state rules (AK Flex Plan) and advocate very strongly to be paid the week I had to wait to begin my job. Otherwise, it would not have happened. I would have recommended Jason at the beginning of my recruitment, however, would not necessarily be comfortable referring any close friends or new travelers, as I would not want them to experience what I went through.
