About Cara Small:

I was contacted by 3 different recruiters at the same time after putting in a request to Nomadicare. Cara immediately stood out as an aggressive go getter! She understood my unique situation and found exactly what I was looking for. I pivoted the location I was looking for even after interview and offer and she was able to use her connections to find another favorable offer. She could’ve easily gotten frustrated (and maybe she did 🤷🏾‍♂️), but it never came through. In comparison to the other recruiters who let the formality of the administrative processes cause them to wait to pitch my candidacy, Cara asked for my resume, started pitching me immediately and had calls set up in what felt like before I could hit “reply”! Her tenacity was the difference and I focused on getting her what she needed and put the others in hold. A really nice touch was Cara reaching out to wish me luck before my interview! Cara has been and remains in constant contact as far as communication with the right balance of perseverance vs. pushy. Great experience!
