Also, on the phone, I can clarify a lot of things in real time instead of texting back and forth about something that is not clear enough. Ready availability of a recruiter when a nurse needs to discuss something significant is very important. It is the key to successful nurse-recruiter work relations and also the foundation of trust between us. The recruiter is often a lifeline for us, nurses.
