I switched agencies when my previous agency wasn’t extending at the facility I wanted to stay at, and Sydnie was my assigned recruiter. she was so kind and helpful and on top of things during the whole process and despite a couple things going wrong (not her fault, another employee overlooked a few things I had to run around and try and finish) the experience was smooth and comfortable thanks to Sydnie!

Sydnie is an exceptional asset to TRS. There were many companies that tried to “purge” me if you will, but the relationship Sydnie and I built made me literally delete emails, texts, you name it before ever reading them. I knew if I needed something she would always be there to assist me and point me in the right direction. Working with her was an incredible experience and I’m thankful that she was my recruiter.
