About Sydnie Ward:

I switched agencies when my previous agency wasn’t extending at the facility I wanted to stay at, and Sydnie was my assigned recruiter. she was so kind and helpful and on top of things during the whole process and despite a couple things going wrong (not her fault, another employee overlooked a few things I had to run around and try and finish) the experience was smooth and comfortable thanks to Sydnie!

About Sydnie Ward:

Sydnie is an exceptional asset to TRS. There were many companies that tried to “purge” me if you will, but the relationship Sydnie and I built made me literally delete emails, texts, you name it before ever reading them. I knew if I needed something she would always be there to assist me and point me in the right direction. Working with her was an incredible experience and I’m thankful that she was my recruiter. She is kind, intelligent, driven and genuine. It never felt like she was just a voice on the other side of the phone!

I was with Sydnie through the peak of the covid pandemic. She checked on me regularly and was like a good friend and counselor. I knew she cared and listened to my concerns. I'm not on a travel contract right now but I would, of course, reach out to Sydnie if I was looking because she makes me feel like family.

Sydnie is an intelligent, honest, and competent young professional and a human with integrity. That is how I view her after working with her as my recruiter for several years. My only wish as a person who comes from the older generation is to be informed about any significant changes by a timely phone call instead of receiving texts that need further personal discussion. It also feels much more personal when you hear your recruiter's voice and know that she has your back. Also, on the phone, I can clarify a lot of things in real time instead of texting back and forth about something that is not clear enough. Ready availability of a recruiter when a nurse needs to discuss something significant is very important. It is the key to successful nurse-recruiter work relations and also the foundation of trust between us. The recruiter is often a lifeline for us, nurses. Best of luck to you, Sydnie, in your professional journey, and I hope you will always stay that beautiful soul that once offered me a travel position through TRS.
