About Shaunna Nastasi:

From the very first assignment in 2014 Shaunna has been with me through thick and thin. She always has my back when something isn’t right, and always makes it right. She has listened to me with personal matters, and has become a very good friend as well as recruiter. I have strayed a time or two, only to come running back to her and TRS. I would never do this travel nurse thing without her ever!

Shaunna has always had a positive attitude no matter what the situation is (professional, or personal). She has given me a lot of good advice when choosing assignments, she provides me with guidance as to what to do in some situations that I'm unfamiliar with. She didn't have to, but she helped provide some relief when I suffered personal loss. She does all this with a super positive attitude that I absolutely love and there's no one else I'd rather have as a recruiter.

About Shaunna Nastasi:

Shaunna was amazing with following up and within less than 8 hours with all my questions. She understood that I did not need to have my hand held, or explained things as Ive been a traveler for a while- she advocated for me during my on boarding and all the paperwork- she is an amazing asset to have on the RN side. TRS on the other hand during the transition of the recruiters was not transparent and did not overall make me fee valued ( first contract with TRS) - this issue had nothing to do with Shaunna as she was extremely concerned and understood my frustration and spoke to the appropriate people. Ive done 2 LONG contracts (hopefully 3) with Shaunna/TRS and she really is the best recruiter I could have asked for. :)
