Shaunna is absolutely the best! I have messaged her with everything from my benefits including the most important, the pay , to needing a jacket. She went out of her way to get me a TRS jacket and I love it. With so many options to travel I know that I will be wherever Shaunna is when I do travel. I have been with TRS for almost a year this time and I only came back because of how outgoing and understanding she is with my simplest to my most complex questions. Recently there was a problem with my pay which to me was a huge issue and Shaunna got with the director and had it took care of and eased my mind through the hole experience. I do not know if I will ever truly leave my permanent job but I know that when I need to travel for a while for a second income or I need a change of pace It will always be Shaunna's number I text first.

Shaunna is the best. There have been a few times I lost my contract and she had me a new one in just days. I have never thought about going to another agency purely based on the fact that I would never find a recruiter as good as she is.
