About Caley Cobb:

Caley was my first recruiter when I decided to start travel nursing in 2018, she was fairly new as a recruiter but together we learned a lot. My last assignment I travelled with another company. Even though I was going to a location I liked, the experience was not good. That is when I realized how much I missed Caley and TRS. I am back where I am supposed to be and could not be happier. Caley is very thorough and knowledgeable about travel nursing and if she does not know she can guide me to someone that does. She is one of the easiest people I know to talk to. Even though I was gone for 3 months, I am back now and it is like being reunited with an old friend.

About Robin Clark:

Robin has been the best recruiter I have ever worked with. She works hard to find a job for you before contracts end instead of waiting for it to end to start looking. It’s really important in keeping a job going and it is fully appreciated.

About Caley Cobb:

When I first started exploring travel nursing, Caley was recommend by name. I reached out to her, and she was very knowledgeable, helpful, informative, and laid out the process in an easy to understand way without being pushy or overly eager. She has heard all of my concerns and addressed them quickly and effectively. I had a less than ideal assignment where the management did none of the things I was promised. Caley offered to get me released from my contract and assigned elsewhere, but more importantly, she respected my decision to stay and complete my commitment, and supported me throughout the contract term. I have been approached by many other companies and recruiters who promise the moon and all the perks, but I have not been tempted to seek travel assignments elsewhere. I am loyal to Caley, appreciative of all she does for me, and am looking forward to working with her for a long time.
