Some nurses are more difficult to place than others because of their age or background or experience or whatever. I'm one of those nurses. Nevertheless, I am happily and successfully employed thanks to Ashley. From the moment of our first pleasant contact, she has been consistently patient and kind and persistent on my behalf. She makes a nurse believe that he or she is the only one and will secure a contract even on Mars if you simply just ask. I'm so thankful that she is my recruiter. I look forward our continuing advenTRS together!
Any time i have a problem, she listens and is able to give positive answers and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I'm in a safe environment.
Spencer has been great! I am currently on my first travel assignment, and I have nothing but good things to say about Spencer. We had a few problems arise in the beginning, but he was there every step of the way to ensure we found an assignment that worked for me. He has been available to answer questions, give advice, and help in any way possible. He has done a fantastic job advocating for me through the entire process. He responds in a timely manner and is punctual. He has also followed up on how things have been going throughout my current assignment and checked on my well being. Thank you guys for allowing me to work with him, I have no complaints.
PS: You guys should give him a raise.
