About Claire Barmann:

Claire was great. She really zeroed in on a role that fit my skill set without trying to get me to take whatever job would make her a few extra dollars. A few days after our interaction began a job came out on a Friday. It was the only job in my field, it was entry level, and it vastly under paid. I received 30 to 40 calls about that job but she understood my value and didn't bring it up once. I was thankful not to have to add her among the chorus of recruiters I sent from letters to politely declining the position.
