While personable and knowledgeable, I did not feel adequately prepared prior to our meeting especially concerning recording our meeting and possibly sharing it, because of this I did not feel confident. How ever Julia did provide guidance on optimizing my resume.Her understanding of trends and industry expectations and suggestions that align with what hiring managers want to see on a resume was very helpful.

About Paige Fiore:

Paige was very friendly and responsive, with a ready and open style. My only reason for lower responses in a few cases was, perhaps, not her fault. Several of the questions were standard "share a time when" questions that, based upon my experience or number of positions over time, were not appropriate. I did feel that she framed them as well as she could and was able to see how I approached the issues raised
