I don't expect to enjoy interviews, but I had a genuinely great time talking with Paige. I really appreciated that she's here in my community and very familiar with the local businesses and organizations I use as points of reference. Paige was very friendly and responsive, with a ready and open style. My only reason for lower responses in a few cases was, perhaps, not her fault. Several of the questions were standard "share a time when" questions that, based upon my experience or number of positions over time, were not appropriate. I did feel that she framed them as well as she could and was able to see how I approached the issues raised
