Kim sent me a video about the position and I could tell from that video that she was an approachable and knowledgeable person. I knew before I met her that I would like her and be able to work with her. She answered all my questions and she knew the questions to ask me about myself. I was originally told the client thought I would not be a good fit because of my graphic design background. When I questioned the decision, Kim dug deeper to find out more about me to see if I would be a good candidate for the position. She ultimately scheduled an interview with me. I very much appreciate that she gave me a chance to take the next steps in the process.
