My experience with Shannon was great, she was very patient despite the fact that the volume or the sound on my end wasn’t working she couldn’t hear me so we try to find different solutions to the issue since we couldn’t resolve it Shannon decided that we do it over the phone, we were able to connect and the interview turn out to be a wonderful experience, it takes a very patient and professional person to get that accomplished she went above and beyond and for that I’m grateful thank you Shannon.
