Having been previously employed with the same employer for 33 years I was completely unsure what to expect with an interview relating to potential employment. Kristina was very professional in addition to being friendly as well. She gave me valuable advice in regards to a job search. On a side note, the third question in the survey doesn't really apply to the interview I had with Kristina, so I picked the mediocre option. It is asking if Kristina showed knowledge of my previous career. This never came up in my interview and I would have been surprised if she knew much about it anyway. It was a very complex and niche field, one which is only filled by hundreds or perhaps thousands of experts in the US.
