Ronnie is the best recruiter I've ever worked with. He worked with me during a downturn in a particularly difficult job market and stuck with it until he found the right opportunity. Even though there was a lot of really weird stuff going on in the job market, he continued to get interviews for me at a time when they were very difficult to come by. Who else did that for me? Nobody, that's who. His persistence paid off when I landed a position that appeared to be custom built just for me. When you're out of work for a few months, it's easy to question your self-worth and worry about your ability to feed your family.
