I have ro say with iyt a doubt Brian is the best recruiter I have ever worked with. My experience with him top notch. He is understanding considerate. His personality is warm and friendly. Not at all like most recruiters I have worked with.

I have been contracting since 1984 and one point stands out- One good, sincere recruiter is worth a hundred not so. My interactions with Brian clearly indicate he is that good recruiter. Although I don't think Triple Crown has that many job ops in my specific area of Aerospace, Brian has been very good about finding several well-paying limited term positions that fit me very well. Brian interfaces with me extremely well and keeps me informed evey step if the way, sometimes he calls multiple times a day.

Seems like 98% of the recruiters I interact with are only focused on an immediate placement. If a placement is not immanent then they just drop the job seeker and move on to the next candidate. Stand out recruiters realize that if they focus on relationships that the placements will naturally follow. Brian is one of the rare recruiters that understands this fact. Brian will be the first recruiter I call when my contract expires because he took the time to learn a little about me and develop a relationship.
