About Vu Ha:

I've stayed in contact w Triple Crown & Vu's team for the past 10 yrs. Triple Crown consistently provides top quality leads and always handles the process with the highest professionalism, organization and speed. This current experience has set the already high bar to a new level. Vu contacted me unexpectedly and at a perfect time, just beginning to consider looking at options. In three days from contact, he organized the interview, coordinated the offer and negotiated salary. My involvement was unbelievably minimal. Vu & Triple Crown continues to exceed expectations, improving every time I work with them. Always an amazing recruiting team!

About Vu Ha:

Vu contacted me about the job and we discussed if I was interested in working on site a few days at a location that was over 10 miles from my house. He said he could make sure at least two days a week were from home. He understood the technical requirements for a network security engineer and he said I would hear back from him soon, good or bad, he would leave me wondering. His next call was to setup an interview. It went well and we discussed pay. He said he would contact the company and make sure they agree to term and within a few hours (the day after the interview) I was signing a contract for a job. He is excellent at communicating and being clear about the processes. I wish everyone I worked with would be as responsive as he is even at 7pm in the evening.

About Vu Ha:

He didn't create too much pain helping me through the on-boarding process. But, the process of verifying my past employments is unnecessary and troubling when many prior business associates have moved on
