Steven always called to let me know about an upcoming job opening and ask if I'd be interested. He backed that up with emails containing the job descriptions. Some recruiters only send the emails. That's fine, but sometimes I'm busy and don't check email for awhile. When I saw that Steven was calling, I knew it was important and to answer or check voicemail right away if I missed the call.
