About Ronnie Maksymowski:

Ronnie is the best recruiter I've ever worked with. He worked with me during a downturn in a particularly difficult job market and stuck with it until he found the right opportunity. Even though there was a lot of really weird stuff going on in the job market, he continued to get interviews for me at a time when they were very difficult to come by. Who else did that for me? Nobody, that's who. His persistence paid off when I landed a position that appeared to be custom built just for me. When you're out of work for a few months, it's easy to question your self-worth and worry about your ability to feed your family. I hope Ronnie knows how much I value his work, and that he can truly make a positive difference in people's lives at a time when they are most vulnerable and when they need it the most. Ronnie can always find something that I really like to do at great rate. Unlike other recruiters who just send you the job description and ask for your resume, Ronnie actually goes out of his way to check what you want to do currently and help you to fully prepare on how to get there. He also provide feedback at every step of interview process so you always know what is going on instead of kept in the dark like dealing with a company HR. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a technical contract position.
