About Jim Erhard:

I met him pretty early on in my job search. Unfortunately, because of the market, he didn't have much for me. Jim has been the only recruiter I've worked with who contacted me pretty regularly to see where I was in my job search and if there was anything he could do to help, even if he still didn't have anything for my skillset. I then did a complete 180 on my job search and he held on for the ride with me as we navigated the roles I was looking for. In such uncertain times, I knew Jim would at least check up on me. I'd recommend him to anyone!
