Caitlin did an excellent job explaining the position, outlining the expectations, and demonstrating how my experience aligned with the role. Her clear communication, professionalism, and understanding of both the client's needs and my background made the process straightforward and engaging.

About Jordan Lewis:

Jordan reached out to me with a call a couple of weeks ago. He explained the role very well and how my experience could be a great fit for the team at DFA. He has a lot of knowledge of the client and answered a lot of my initial questions and continues to throughout this process. I appreciate the effort he has taken; he has provided great advice in general and as it pertains to the potential role. I look forward to speaking with him more as I prepare (with his help) for the next phase of the interview process. I've worked with several recruiters recently and not many have gone above and beyond like this.

About Caitlin Hiesberger:

It was refreshing to have human contact and interaction rather than AI screening. This allowed us to enjoy the benefits which direct human interaction provides for understanding better what the prospective employee brings as well as what the prospective client is seeking. Caitlin was personable and accommodating- I am glad that we were finally able to connect.

About Caitlin Hiesberger:

Caitlin found me after I had been laid-off and was looking for work. She had me matched to a job that is a good fit for me and an interesting challenge. I received her initial call when I was at my daughter's track meet and she was pleasant and helpful, even though, I kept asking her to repeat herself. As we moved through the process she kept me up-to-date with what was going on and gave me tips for how to handle the next steps. If any of my technical friends need help finding a job, I will definitely send them Caitlin's way.
