About Caitlin Hiesberger:

It was refreshing to have human contact and interaction rather than AI screening. This allowed us to enjoy the benefits which direct human interaction provides for understanding better what the prospective employee brings as well as what the prospective client is seeking. Caitlin found me after I had been laid-off and was looking for work. She had me matched to a job that is a good fit for me and an interesting challenge. I received her initial call when I was at my daughter's track meet and she was pleasant and helpful, even though, I kept asking her to repeat herself. As we moved through the process she kept me up-to-date with what was going on and gave me tips for how to handle the next steps. If any of my technical friends need help finding a job, I will definitely send them Caitlin's way.
