Brenda was very professional while also not taking herself too seriously! This allowed us to have candid conversations about my job search. She is completely transparent about what is happening behind the scenes between her and the client, and invests a lot of time into coordinating an interview wtih them for you. I felt that compared to other recruiters I've worked with in the recent past (some of which seem that their only purpose is to phone screen to mine your data, then ghost you), she was the most attentive and timely with communication of all. She has also offered her time to help with tailoring a resume specifically to fit a position. Would love the opportunity to work with her again if I were seeking a new job in the future.
