I am currently employed full time. Jim was very appreciative of what I needed to even consider the transition from my current role. The initial offer was not sufficient. However, Jim contacted the client and worked through the issues. The offer was modified to be exactly what I needed to consider the job and proceed farther into the process.
The Zoom meeting was truly helpful. Putting a face to a voice is always good.
