Sarah did a great job explaining the role and the company she was recruiting for, and provided strong feedback on my resume that I genuinely appreciated. She was knowledgeable and easy to talk to during our initial interactions. However, I was disappointed with the communication that followed. After responding to her email, I didn’t hear anything back. I followed up with a phone call and voicemail, and although she later attempted to call me, she said she had the wrong number and never reached back out afterward. It left things feeling unresolved and a bit awkward. While I wasn’t actively job hunting, I was genuinely interested in this opportunity, so it was a bit of a letdown to not hear back after the initial effort she put in.
