I didn’t read Caitlin’s reviews so that’s the reason for the flat rating. The only ask I would have for future interactions is that she provides a little more instruction for the assessment (i.e., even though the questions are weighted, still choose all answers that apply). The tested itself did not provide those instructions. But overall, she was fabulous to work with!
