Jim helped me to the best of his ability 24/7. I felt he was 100% invested into my job search. First off, when we first started talking, he worked with me to chat over lunch which he paid for. After that, he didn't send me random jobs that would keep me around the same area in my career like other recruiters I've worked with; he sent me personalized positions that not only could I get, but they would help further along my personal career goals. Working with Jim has allowed me to get into a bigger and better position that I plan to keep for a while. Next time we meet, Jim, lunch is on me!
We only Skyped briefly, but we discussed potential placement in the crazy COVID-19 situation. She's working with me on getting placed and was realistic yet optimistic about the job market. She is knowledgeable and earnest in her hope to help me any way she can.

Kenn was very helpful explaining the process, especially in these uncertain times due to COVID-19. He was able to give me projections about the current job market as well as explain the normal process that would occur if we were not in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis.
This is what I can say at the point.
Day 1 - I was referred to Jim by a colleague.
End of Day 1 - Jim had reached out to me asking for a resume and we had a phone call.
Day 2 - He found a perfect fit Opportunity - Cannot stress enough a PERFECT FIT!
Mid Day 2 - Assessment Test, Video Conference and resume passed forward.
End of Day 2 - Follow Up email explaining the process going forward.
No I haven't landed a gig yet. but it's only been 3 days. But from what you see wouldn't you say he is responsive. And I thank him for that.
